Easy Refills — When You’re Running Low
We built our refill system to be as simple as possible.

Every rack has a QR code on it. When you’re getting low, scan it with your phone — it takes you straight to our reorder page.
Step 2 — Choose Your Refill Date
Pick your preferred delivery date and place your refill order online. Done in under a minute.
Step 3 — Leave Your Empty Rack Outside
On your scheduled delivery day, just leave the empty rack out front. We’ll swap it for a full one and be on our way. You don’t even have to be home.
About the Rack Deposit
We keep a $75 rack deposit on file to help us get our racks back — kind of like the quarter in the ALDI shopping carts. If you ever decide to stop ordering and want to return the rack, we refund your deposit in full. No hassle.
Don’t Want the Rack?
No problem! We offer a “dump on driveway” option at checkout — we tip the wood onto your driveway and you stack it yourself. No rack, no deposit. Great if you already have your own storage setup and don't mind a little work.
